3. By sea |
| Generally, if send the goods. by sea, we will send the goods to Hong kong and the goods will be on board in Hong kong. |

4. By appointed forwarding company |
| If the price term is EXW, your carrier should pick up the goods from our factory. If your forwarder can not pick up the goods due to far distance, we can send the goods to your forwarders warehouse, but we will not be responsible for shiping charges and customs clearance in China. |
| If need us quote you fob price, we will add $85 extra customs clearance costs and some other local shipping charges. You need us to inform us your forwarders' details in advance, so that we can check the total costs. |

If you have DHL or other Epxress account , and we ant to pay them directly. Please ensure that the total value of the goods is below $600. If the value is above $600,we will charge you $85 handling costs of customs clearance. |

| 3. Warranty terms |
| We offer 2 years warranty for DVRs, cameras and DVR cards. |
| The first year, if it is due to products’ quality, we will repair the products well without fee and pay 50% shipping costs. |
| The second year, we will repair the products well without any fee, but we will not be responsible for shipping charges. |
If the products are damaged by strong currency and misuse, we will repair it for you. But if there are some main parts broken, such as CCD, lens and some other expensive parts, we will charge you some fee and we will not pay for shipping costs. |
| Exchange policy: |
| If the DVR cards or DVRs are broken due to quality' reason within 3 months after shipment from our company, we can arrange replacement. And send you the new product along with your next order |
| If the camera is broken due to quality' reason within 1 month after shipment from our company, we can arrange replacement for you, and send you the new camera along with your next order. |
